Veradigm, which provides clinical and revenue cycle solutions for independent practices, is naming Christian Greyenbuhl Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Veradigm’s network includes 20,000 provider practices connected to health plans and biopharma via AI-powered data and technology.

Greyenbuhl comes from the software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based technology company Ministry Brands, where he was also CFO. With Ministry Brands, Greyenbuhl had led all aspects of the company’s finance organization dating back to November 2022.

Prior to that, Greyenbuhl was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, at the SaaS-based tech company Xplor Technologies. He served two stints as general manager of businesses at ADP, and also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for over a decade.

Discrepancy in Chief Financial Officer Start Date

The date on which Greyenbuhl will assume Veradigm’s CFO role is yet to be determined, according to the company. It could be the first business day after Veradigm files its Fiscal Year 2023–24 Annual Reports on Form 10-K. However, if that happens before May 11, 2026, then May 11 will be Greyenbuhl’s start date. Alternately, Veradigm says, another, alternate agreement could be reached.

Whenever that happens, Greyenbuhl said, he will join a team aiming to deliver more actionable insights across the healthcare ecosystem.

“I am honored to join the Veradigm team at such a pivotal moment,” Greyenbuhl said. “Veradigm has a unique opportunity to leverage its strong market position, differentiated capabilities, and powerful data assets.”

More on Veradigm Leadership Transition

Veradigm CEO Donald Trigg indicated Greyenbuhl’s arrival signals the completion of a team equipped to drive the company’s “strategic reset.”

At Veradigm, Greyenbuhl is succeeding Lee Westerfield, who had been serving as interim CFO. Westerfield will remain with the company in a consulting role, and will assist in a transition of responsibilities.
