NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, a global innovator in the development, production, and commercialization of radiopharmaceuticals used for therapeutic applications and medical imaging, announced new leadership changes. 

Victor Miller was appointed Chief Financial Officer, and Kathy Spencer-Pike was named Chief Commercial Officer, effective December 1, 2025.

As CFO, Miller will be responsible for financial strategy, capital planning, and financial operations. 

He will also oversee audit, accounting, investor relations, and risk management functions, ensuring NorthStar maintains strong financial controls and an operating environment that supports sustainable growth. 

Additionally, Miller will partner closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, including capital raising, M&A evaluation, and scaling systems and processes across the organization.

Miller brings over two decades of experience, having served as CFO at Orgenesis and Hycor Biomedical. He also held senior leadership roles at Neos Therapeutics, Baxter Healthcare, and Merrill Lynch.

Kathy Spencer-Pike

Spencer-Pike brings over 25 years of expertise in scaling commercial teams, driving sales effectiveness, creating and executing successful product launch cycles, and accelerating revenue growth in complex healthcare and life sciences environments.

As CCO, Spencer-Pike will lead the company’s commercial strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, business development, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives to drive growth and strengthen the company’s competitive position. 

She will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with corporate objectives focused on ensuring sustainable growth and achieving market leadership.

Most recently, Spencer-Pike served as Chief Commercial Officer at Nucleus RadioPharma. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at McKesson / CoverMyMeds, and held commercial leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, and Pfizer.
