Catalent Unveils New Brand Amid Strategic Shift and Global Expansion

Underscores the company’s commitment to delivering ‘unparalleled’ customer service.

Catalent Inc. has introduced a new corporate brand, signaling a strategic shift aimed at enhancing customer service and reinforcing its role in global healthcare. The rebranding emphasizes the company’s mission of “championing the missions that matter.”

“At Catalent, we believe that every medicine, therapy and product we help develop, manufacture and deliver exemplifies our commitment to put patients first in everything we do,” said Alessandro Maselli, President and CEO. “This new brand and simplified approach speak not only to who we are today, but to the impact we have on global health, working side-by-side with our customers to achieve their goals and transform lives around the world.”

The announcement follows Catalent’s transition to private ownership under Novo Holdings in December 2024 and the recent establishment of its global headquarters in Tampa, Fla. The company operates more than 40 sites worldwide.

The rebrand launches at CPHI Frankfurt and SupplySide Global, with updates rolling out across Catalent’s website, social media, and global sites in the coming months. Operations will continue uninterrupted during the transition.
