BioDuro Appoints Yaohui Ji as Global President, CMC

Ji will drive strategic planning, operations, and the continued expansion of the company’s development and manufacturing capabilities.

BioDuro, a global Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization, has appointed Yaohui Ji as Global President, CMC. In this role, Mr. Ji will lead BioDuro’s global chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) organization, driving strategic planning, operations, and the continued expansion of the company’s development and manufacturing capabilities.

Mr. Ji brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across leading global pharmaceutical companies and CDMOs, including Roche US, Novartis CN, WuXi STA (a CDMO subsidiary of WuXi AppTec), and Porton Pharma Solutions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Porton’s global small-molecule CDMO business, where he led a $300 million division with over 1,500 employees across the U.S., Europe, and China. Under his leadership, the division achieved a three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 50% through the successful execution of a strategic expansion plan.
