Dawsongroup tcs is bringing its temperature control solutions to the United States, launching a U.S. brand and introducing its Superbox cold chain system to the market.
Superbox, according to Dawsongroup, is a high-performance, modular system designed to address critical needs for speed and compliance. It provides ultra-precise control and backup protection, both of which are necessary when dealing with sensitive biologics and vaccines.
In the pharmaceutical sector, Dawsongroup said cold chain failures result in anywhere from $20 to $35 billion in annual product losses.
In addition, Dawsongroup said U.S. cold chain innovation has been lacking. Meanwhile, the company said its adaptable precision environments can cut 12- to 18-month construction timelines for permanent cold storage to just weeks.
“The U.S. market has been operating under the same rigid cold chain model for decades, and it is long overdue for more modern solutions,” said Aidan McCauley, President at Dawsongroup tcs USA. “The Superbox isn’t just an upgrade. It’s a fundamental rethinking of the cold chain that allows companies across all sectors to eliminate risk and scale with total confidence.”
In a press release, Dawsongroup tcs USA said its purpose stretches beyond modular temperature control solutions and rapid deployments. The company also said it intends to help U.S. businesses buck traditional infrastructure with cost-effective rentals that maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Not just the pharmaceutical sector will be able to avail itself of Dawsongroup’s services. The company’s U.S. footprint also plans to impact food, logistics, biologics, chemical, and automotive testing markets.Overall, Dawsongroup tcs USA said its goal is to move the industry away from brick-and-mortar limitations and toward a concept of “logistics-on-demand.”
